Tara far exceeded all of my expectations! She was very personable, knowledgeable, has superb communication skills and is a skilled negotiator. The focus was always there, she never wasted my time showing me properties that didn’t meet my criteria. I always felt that Tara had my best interest in mind and was not just interested in getting her commission. Tara is a winner who makes the buying process understandable and fun. I met Tara during the installation of a solar system on my house. She kept in touch over the years as she changed her focus to real estate sales. This change only reinforced my impression of her work ethic and knowledge. She marketed my house with staging and a professional photographer. We had at least one showing daily. She provided great assistance to me as my wife became extremely ill during the sale perion. Tara contacted workmen for minor repairs and followed up while I was dealing with my wife. She answered my questions promptly (usually within 30 minutes) and interfaced well with all parties. Because of her skills and diligence, the house sold within 2% of my original asking price. Connie was an absolute dream to work with. She helped us sell our home within 12 hours of listing it! She was motivated and knowledgeable about what we needed to do to sell it for top dollar and was aggressive with the multiple offers we got. She sold our house with a better outcome than we originally hoped for. She was attentive and always available for questions and concerns, even if she was out of town for the weekend. (sorry!) If she hadn't heard from us, she would check on us and make sure we had everything we needed and was on top of all our needs and crazy schedules. She also helped us find our next house. We weren't sure where to start, but she quickly picked up on our wants and needs. She showed us great houses and drove us all over the valley to make sure no stone was unturned. She was very patient with us even when our patience was running thin. I honestly can't say enough good things about Connie! We were only browsing for fun. After six months passed and we were ready to begin our search, the impression she had initially made on us had her instantly jump out in my mind as an agent we should work with. Connie is one of the most patient people I have ever met, and she is a fantastic listener. She graciously handled our wants and needs and we always felt like she was on our side. One of the things that my husband and I both really appreciated about Connie was that she wasn't over-salesy in her approach and didn't shove pitches down our throats like some other agents are known to do. She learned our personalities and style quickly and wasted no time in helping us find our dream home in a matter of a couple weeks.
