Maritza came highly recommended to me. We started right off getting local listings for homes that I was looking for as well as, within my price range. I could always depend on having regular emails with new listings. When I wanted to get into any of the homes, she was right there. She was honest and straight forward about any ups and downs regarding the homes. If I was interested and needed to negotiate the price, she was on it. When I finally found the home I wanted, she got the paperwork to them immediately and we heard back from them soon after. I am very happy with my new home and she is the one that made it happen for me. Her positive attitude and friendly demeanor is what makes her such a good Realtor. Jaime helped me and my husband buy our first home. He was incredibly warm, friendly and above all patient.
