She goes above and beyond, had a ton of problems with my builder (PULTE) and I felt in great hands with Esther Rodas the entire process. Leonard is one of the best, if not the best, agents I have even worked with. I know that I am a little high maintenance and ask for a lot. Leonard was always willing to work with me and really get me what I wanted in both buying and selling my homes. He devoted a whole weekend to do an open house and it was very successful. He came in and took beautiful pictures of my house to be able to post them and get more traffic on my house. He was a great communicator and had some really great contacts for repairs or upgrades. Leonard knows the housing industry and helped us find our perfect home in an area we wanted to be in. I would highly recommend him to anyone searching or selling.

I did even ask any other agent Lisa and I would talk about the market in that area because she live there right across the street from the home. she told me a home sold around the corner for $240,000 but it wasn't as nice as my so I said let's go out at $260,000 and she did a great job at advertising and shower it we had 3 offers in a week and the closing was very easy, she keep me informed what was going on ever step, if I had another home to sale I would differently use Lisa.
