This is my third time working with Teresa. She is amazing at understanding what you want to accomplish and how to get you there. She always goes the extra mile to make sure you and the other half are satisfied and happy. Tara is absolutely amazing. We met Tara 2021 when we thinking about buying horse property. The market was crazy but Tara was on top of stuff. She was hunting houses that were about to list and checking out any potential ones that might list. Tara would schedule viewings and work with our schedule. Her assistant Jenn is just as quick to follow-up and get things done. We never found a property we loved at that time. But Tara kept in touch and never made us feel we wasted her time. Fast forward to 2022, and our situation changed which allowed us to have a corporate move back east (closer to our families). This move notice occurred quickly. We immediately got in touch with Tara, she redid our comps and got our house listed within a week or so. Her and Jenn were amazing to work with. Our house listed and was under contract by day 3/4... And the contract was over list price with no contingency. The market has definitely changed since it went crazy in 2021. But Tara still got our house sold within days (while others in the area are still sitting on the market). I can't say enough at home fast she was to respond to any need or question we had. The selling process created no stress for us. She is organized, professional, full of integrity, honest, and works hard. She is very knowledgeable about her business (the most knowledgeable I have ever met). If you are looking at buying/selling in the Phoenix area.. Tara is the realtor you need to work with. We had quite a long build time but Alexis' professionalism kept us up to date on everything from the day the builders broke ground to the day of closing. Alexis checked up on our new build process frequently and even made us a photo album of our home's progress. She is an awesome agent.

Christa helped me sell my house recently and my experience working with her was amazing from the beginning to end of the process. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and determined to get me the best deal and make this process as stress-free as possible. She is impeccably organized, fiercely supports her clients, and incredibly responsive. Tami was amazing from the very beginning with a personal video message about wanting to be our buying agent. She had great market knowledge of the west valley but still showed us houses all over Phoenix if we wanted to see them. She even did video showings and if we could not make it to a showing. She was very patient and very good at explaining real estate concepts that f we did not understand them.
