Tara and her assistant Jenn did a fabulous job for my husband and I recently, representing us as buyers then sellers. Tara was there every step of the way, guiding, advising and acting as a true partner. I am fairly sure we would not have been able to secure the purchase of our dream home without her assistance. On the selling side, we had some tense moments when our first buyers cancelled out, but if she was worried or nervous, it never showed. Without skipping a beat, she procured another buyer and we ended up closing only a few days later then we would have with the first buyer. I like that Tara is a straight shooter and has a wealth of resources to help with anything needed including inspectors, painters, plumbers, pool services, handymen, etc. Every person she referred us to was professional, prompt and economical. I highly recommend Tara and her "crew"; we would definitely work with her again!
