My experience with Tara couldn’t be any more perfect. I met Tara when I terminated the contract with the first realtor I had. Tara stepped in and told me that she could definitely help me in selling my father’s house in a 55+ retirement community. Tara was honest and said she had only sold a few houses in this particular 55+ community but, had sold many in another 55+ community. Tara did not hold anything back when I asked questions. She gave me her honest opinion and the honest truth. I commend that because not all realtors would be that honest. Tara gave me the statistics of the community and what was currently for sale and said it might take some time but, not to worry because she could get the house sold. She did exactly that. The house was listed on 2/6/25 and went under contract on 2/11/25. 6 Days!!! Tara asked me to trust her and I did and she delivered on everything she said she would. Tara went the extra mile. She used some of her own stuff to stage the kitchen and bathrooms to make them show better. She was there when I was having some work done nd give me her opinion on whether or not to have the carpet not only steam cleaned but pre=treated. I wasn’t so sure. Again, I trusted her and it couldn’t have worked out any better because the pictures came out beautifully. I would definitely use Tara again if I were selling another house and I would have absolutely no reservation about recommending her to anyone in my family or my friends. I know that Tara would work as hard for them as she did me. It’s just who Tara is and how she is. Tara does not take anything or anyone for granted. Tara will treat selling your home as if she was selling her own. Most importantly - Tara does not have the mind set or attitude like most realtors have and that is - it’s just another listing and the more I have the less I have to do. Tara cares and it shows. That is why Tara is as great as she is and exactly why I would tell everyone to call Tara.

I think the title says it all. We are in a tough market with interest rates high, but it didn't matter. Rhonda took our house, on a short notice, got everything ready and it was under contract in 9 days! This was a tremendous amount of work by her. We had crazy problems with the solar company and she got it done! In the end all you need to remember is I have to say is 5 stars.

We wanted to sell our second home here in Arizona that we had bought for our handicapped son in 2022. In late 2024 it became apparent that our son would do much better in an assisted living facility and after he moved we decided to put that house up for sale. Given the housing market and rising interest rates we wondered how long it might take to sell it. Based on lots of recommendations we called Tara and listed with her. There were dozens of homes already for sale in our area, with even more coming on the market each week. We knew Tara had a daunting task ahead of her. It was amazing how quickly she grasped our particular situation and tailored a specific strategy for us. She made us feel like we were her only client. Of course we knew she had many others but it still gave us a great feeling that we were in the best hands possible. Tara gave us guidance, a sales strategy, and several great suggestions that we never considered. She keep us advised on any new developments, potential buyers, changing conditions in the housing market, new real estate rules that came into effect, etc. After the 3rd or 4th status email we got over the weekend or late into the evening, I recall commenting to my wife "Does this woman ever sleep!?" Tara was relentless in her focus on getting our house sold. We were hoping she would be able to sell it before the summer got here. Well, it's only February and the house is sold! We didn't question her magic, we just enjoyed it. While so many other homes (four within 2 blocks of ours) still had "For Sale" signs on them, ours now had a "Sold" sign on it. We couldn't be more pleased with Tara (and her new staff member Jenn) for the professionalism, candor, patience, and honesty they showed us and that characterize a 5 star realtor.
