Buddy and Liz are exceptional realtors ! They are passionate and knowledgeable and have perfected their craft. They take time to understand their clients and educate their clients on the process. Nothing was ever a surprise to us. As first time home sellers, they walked us through step by step and we were never in the dark. They included our young children in the process and they brought joy and light in sometimes rather stressful situations. They encouraged and supported us and genuinely wanted the best for us. An added perk was all of their professional connections. We used a carpet cleaner, a handy man and cement mason who all worked promptly and professionally with reasonable pricing! My family Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Buddy and Liz and I would recommend them to anyone in a heart beat!

Just of a few words that describe our realtor Tara Rutkowski. We met Tara when we called her to see one of her listings. My wife and I were immediately impressed with her knowledge of the market in our area and the area we were looking to move. Patty and I are not easily impressed by most realtors as we are both former agents with more years experience then I care to think about. We immediately bonded with Tara and knew she would be the one to list our home represent us in the purchase of our new home. We listened to her advice from day one. Tara was the one we listened to when it was time to list. She advised us on the market and what price to list at. When we got frustrated by the down market, she was a cheerleader and councilor. When an offer came in on our house she worked on negotiating the purchase price on our new home before the ink was dry on the offer we received on our present home. Of all the ways she impressed us, that was the big one. Patty and I love our new home and we have Tara to thank.

We randomly met Christina at an open house she was hosting. We are new to the area and had just began looking for a home. We’ve had realtors in the past, who just look for the sale all they want is to get paid. To our surprise, Christina actually cares! She is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and her work ethic is impressive! She maintains a great attitude throughout, both educating and enlightening us at each showing she set up for us. She is on the ball and incredibly consistent, we saw 17 houses in 2 days. Her communication is excellent and we never felt rushed or pushed toward any deal. I haven’t felt as confident purchasing a home as I had with Christina. She is the absolute best!
