We first Janelle at an open house we just happened to be driving by. My wife and I were very impressed with the time she took to show some lookieloos all about interest rates, buy downs, and any other question we could think of. She didn’t just answer, she sat us down and taught us, had a sheet prepared as examples, again very impressed. When we decided to pull the trigger, she organized a meeting with a potential mortgage broker, herself, and my wife and me and we sat for a few hours going over a million scenarios. We came up with a plan and budget and started from there. It wasn’t long before my wife and I changed our minds about buying. Janelle was positive, kept in touch for about a month and then we decided we are doing this and nothing was going to stop it. Only thing is we changed and the plan and Janelle was all over it. A couple houses in and conversations we changed the plan again and once again Janelle didn’t bat an eye, stayed positive and helped get us were we wanted to be. Because of her relationship with the broker Janelle was on top of everything from the beginning of looking at homes, helping us prepare for escrow, keeping us updated during escrow, and every single step of closing. I can’t say enough about her professional, her good nature, her adaptability, and her positive outlook on just about everything. Janelle worked diligently to find us the condo we wanted (3BR, grass lawn, end unit), in our price range and in a neighborhood market where those are few and far between.
