Kathleen was a true professional in the purchase of our condo in Tucson! She handled ever step of the process with efficiency and heart. She helped put our minds at ease thru every situation that arose along the way. She was there checking on every detail of the entire transaction, answering any questions that we had and always putting us first. We always felt like her priority! She has such a personal touch too like being there at the title company when signing all the documents explaining any paperwork we were not sure of the content. If you want a true professional who will get the job done Lianne is that person. Lianne has sold two houses for me in record time. She stages the house, makes sure that the perfect pictures are taken, and everything possible to show the home. One house sold in two weeks after another agent had it for six months. The other home sold in 3 days. Lianne keeps you informed every step of the way. She always is available to answer questions even after the home is sold.
