Where do I begin.... Al'Lea was referred to me from a friend of mine from the Horse Race Track... She helped me purchase my first home back in 2016 & helped me sell it @ the end of 2020.. I moved out of state for work to Oklahoma & she set me up with a realtor out there!!! She told me she was a friend not just a realtor & was she right!! She's been so helpful & answered any question I had even a couple years after buying my first house.. I appreciate her honesty & helpfulness in every situation there was!!! Not only did Joni make selling my house a stress free process she also sold it for more than &15k over market. My house sold for more than any of the comps in large part due to her beautiful staging as well as her knowledge of the appraisal process. I never would’ve gotten that sake price without her.

I would recommend KC without reservation. I live in Washington State and inherited my folks' home in Sun City, AZ. KC went out of her way to locate a contractor for remodeling, she kept an eye on the home while the work was being done and after. I don't know how many open houses she had and do know that she advertised the home everywhere possible. KC is friendly, professional and was available to answer questions and walk me through the process until the sale was complete. KC is up on any applicable real estate laws and protecting her client is first and foremost. If you are planning to buy or sell a home, I don't believe you could find a finer person than KC.
