I would recommend KC without reservation. I live in Washington State and inherited my folks' home in Sun City, AZ. KC went out of her way to locate a contractor for remodeling, she kept an eye on the home while the work was being done and after. I don't know how many open houses she had and do know that she advertised the home everywhere possible. KC is friendly, professional and was available to answer questions and walk me through the process until the sale was complete. KC is up on any applicable real estate laws and protecting her client is first and foremost. If you are planning to buy or sell a home, I don't believe you could find a finer person than KC.

April was a TRUE PROFESSIONAL! She was able to List the property, watch over it like it was her own home, and treated both myself and my wife with kit cloves! Was totally knowledgeable on all aspects of the sale in every way. Even with our circumstance being complicated with an Estate sale due to a death of our family member, she was able to walk us through all aspects of what to expect.
