Lianne was very knowledgeable of our area (North Central / midtown) and had great knowledge about the housing market there. She was excellent at communicating what was happening and were never wondering what was going on or when to expect the next step. The sale of our house price-wise went WAY beyond our expectations and Lianne helped us through many of the follow on steps as well. Finally, she worked with us in parallel to try to find a rental property which was a big help.
