This past year I decided to sell a problem lot that I had purchased earlier and paid too much for. I knew I was going to lose money, but Al'Lea counseled me to raise the price when I listed it and I was able to sell it for more. I kept interfering in the negotiations and finally realized I should just leave it all in her hands, that's when eveything fell into place and the lot sold. I am a very happy camper..

I wish there were more stars to give Ilene! This is the second time she's helped us with our Real Estate needs. This time it was selling one property and buying another. It was a tough deal due to this being a 1031 Exchange - selling one rental property and buying another. Lianne was did an amazing job at helping us find a home in a new area. She was there every step of the way, always available, and gave great advice. She went out of her way to help us remotely when we couldn't be on site. With her help tge second house we put an offer on on was accepted and we paid 40k less than expected.
