A few years ago Al'Lea negotiated the purchase of a lot for me and it worked out extremely well. I will be building my new home on that lot. This past year I decided to sell a problem lot that I had purchased earlier and paid too much for. I knew I was going to lose money, but Al'Lea counseled me to raise the price when I listed it and I was able to sell it for more. Al’Lea made selling our first home in four weeks as easy and as pleasant as it could be. She was very responsive - even getting back to me quickly when she was out of town. Her many years of experience in the west valley were very helpful - particularly with pricing and when to drop the price. She let us know what we needed to do to sell our home and had good contacts for handymen.
