Ira began by sending me a spreadsheet showing a number of 55+ communities in the Phoenix area. that was helpful for me to pick out the most desirable communities for me. He sent me MLS listings for my preferred communities, and I was able to select from the listings. When the best house for me came up, he helped me with the offering and stayed with me thru the entire purchase process . He met with me for inspections and answered questions I had regarding the property, HOA facility, and the community. He was always very pleasant to work with and took care of all the details for me as I was in California.
