Chintal was amazing to work with and knows the market space she works in very well. I worked with her to purchase my first rental in the Phoenix area. I am not from Arizona, so having a trustworthy person like Chintal really helped me pick out my property. She advised me on how to choose rental properties, what location to look at and also helped with setting me up with some tenants. She also helped me with landscaping, handyman help for installing fans and other miscellaneous things that would have taken me multiple trips to figure out myself.

I am looking to purchase a home in Payson AZ, and thought it would be a good idea to work with a realtor in Mesa AZ, as that would be about the halfway point between my location and Payson. American All-Star Reality had very good reviews. After logging in to their website, I perused the agent bios. Immediately, Andrea Ortega's bio, experience, and reviews stood out. After contacting Andrea, she said that she didn't work in the Payson area and that didn't feel that she could represent my interests there, as well as someone that knew the area well. Add honesty to Andrea's bio as well. However, Andrea offered to search for a realtor in Payson that would be able to meet my needs. Wow! The next day after an extensive search, Andrea called me with the results. Even though I was not going to be Andrea's client, she came through for me anyways. That is professionalism at it's best. The lady I am working with now is terrific. Thank you for all of your help Andrea. Couldn't be more pleased!

Sarinah Brooks is the best! Sarinah Brooks was more helpful in finding us an home in Chandler, Arizona. She was honest and forthright- no games. She was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great home that fit right in our price range!
