I met Sahrina almost three years ago in doing research considering a move to Arizona. She showed our family probably 20-30 properties with many different builders. We decided on a Fulton home in October of 2020. She was with us every step of the way, keeping us updated until we moved to Arizona in August 2021. We finally closed on February 28,2022. I would consider Sahrina more of a family friend now as we have been in contact for so long. She is helping our oldest daughter in her new build right in our same development. I would rate Sahrina as 100% in every category of her field!

Lacey was an absolute pleasure to work with on both of our real estate transactions. She helped us sell our primary home as well as a parcel of land. She has great expertise in both types of transactions and did an amazing job determining the value of both properties and marketing them in a way to drive large amounts of activity. Our home went under contract on the first week it was listed for more than asking and our land was under contract within a week for more than it was listed. We had multiple offers on both properties and Lacey did a great job of helping us understand all offers received so we could make the best decision on who to select. Once we had accepted the offers she did a great job of keeping us updated throughout the inspection periods and at time of closing. She is a pro and will guide you the entire way through the process. I would highly recommend her to any friends or family and would only use her for a real estate transaction in AZ from this point forward.
