I found Ryan to be both outstanding and exceptional. He would always go the extra mile for me--answering questions, getting information, doing tasks (such as obtaining a kit and testing water for lead, finding a gardener to remove certain plants I wanted removed as termite protection, promptly getting a handyman to address certain home inspection matters), offering useful advice, and frankly, being patient and kind with me when, late in the transaction, I experienced utter distress at the prospect of moving at all--feeling that I would be dismantling the home my deceased and most beloved wife and I had established over our 30 years of sharing that home. He is most knowledgeable and professional, friendly and caring. He was always responsive to and understanding of my concerns. His professionalism and warmth made for a seamless transaction.
