If you want an agent that really cares, knows what they are doing, and goes above and beyond in all ways- Jason is your guy! We were dealing with three transactions at once and Jason made our experience as smooth and stress free as possible. He even offered to drive one of our uhaul trucks when we were in a bind! Who does that?! Jason does. Choose him. You will be blown away. Even the seller’s agent (who happens to be our new neighbor) mentioned to us that Jason was great to work with.

It’s hard to put into words how absolutely wonderful Lacey and Drew Lehman have been with me here in this move. Lacey, was so kind, so caring yet professional and knowledgeable. I was recently widowed, and my husband had been many careers, one of which was a real estate broker. I allowed him to do all of the business of the family, which he did very well. I was happy, not doing anything and not learning anything. Therefore, I needed Lacey to walk me basically through every form, every signing, every everything and she did it without complaint. So those of you who are ladies who know what I’m talking about, she will take magnificent care of you. Don’t be worried about asking questions because she will answer them, and if she doesn’t know the answer, she’ll find somebody who does, which is a blessing. I hope she gets lots of clients because of my review, because she deserves lots of clients. I hope she doesn’t get too busy to handle all the people I’m gonna send her way . And Drew, bless his heart, came and did some heavy lifting for me and her. He originally met me months ago when I was thinking about going to an assisted living property and informed me about what they were like and also sent me to a nice one. But eventually I change my mind and bought the place in the current 55+ Residence I’m living in with Lacey( besides she sold my house in Chandler). So I hope this review has been informative, educational, and that you realize how heartfelt it really is.

I found Ryan to be both outstanding and exceptional. He would always go the extra mile for me--answering questions, getting information, doing tasks (such as obtaining a kit and testing water for lead, finding a gardener to remove certain plants I wanted removed as termite protection, promptly getting a handyman to address certain home inspection matters), offering useful advice, and frankly, being patient and kind with me when, late in the transaction, I experienced utter distress at the prospect of moving at all--feeling that I would be dismantling the home my deceased and most beloved wife and I had established over our 30 years of sharing that home. He is most knowledgeable and professional, friendly and caring. He was always responsive to and understanding of my concerns. His professionalism and warmth made for a seamless transaction. On a professional and personal level, Ryan is someone you will be glad to know.
