Ms. Lehman was an absolute pleasure to work with. From our first conversation, Ms. Lehman’s professionalism and market expertise was evident and truly put us at ease. What stood out most was her timely and valuable communication. She was incredibly responsive, always keeping us in the loop as to the status of showings, listing price adjustments (when/if necessary) market trends, and the overall progress of our listing. This was especially crucial and appreciated as we were selling this property and were working with a title company that eviscerated the whole escrow and complicated matters unnecessarily. Ms. Lehman stuck with it, got a new escrow company (Pioneer Title) who handled it very professionally and kept everyone focused until the escrow closed. Ms. Lehman not only accepted these challenges, but she went above and beyond to make the deal happen. We were particularly impressed with her knowledge of the market and her successful marketing strategies. She advised us how to be most successful in our pricing, our advertising, and the overall sale of this property. Ms. Lehman’s understanding of the Phoenix housing market and her ability to communicate with her clients sets her apart from others in the industry. We had frequent communication (texting, calling, and emailing) from her and she was extremely timely in her responses to us when we had questions. Even in a down market, she never quit.
