Zack was great. He was on time and always available for questions. He knew how to find the type of house that we were looking for and made sure that he prepare it as much as he could to show its good point. However he was always balanced and let us decide. He was patience in answering out questions and in showing us a large number of houses until we found the one that fit our needs.
