My experience selling our house with Sarinah really couldn’t have gone better. She came and gave us some pointers on little fixes we could do prior to putting the home up, but also told us about some little fixes we shouldn’t bother with. She and her marketing team arranged great photos and posted all over the place. We had an offer for listing price, as well as a backup offer, within 24 hours of listing. Then when it was time to appraise she successfully advocated for us to the appraiser to get our full asking price. She was always available and helped everything flow smoothly.

Ira has been wonderful. We met with him personally while we spent three weeks in Arizona in January. He took us around to see several homes in different areas so he had a good idea of what we were looking for. We decided on one area but we didn't find anything before we left to go back to Minnesota. Meanwhile, he was sending us links to homes for sale in the area we liked. When we found one we might be interested in, he went to the house and took us on a Facetime tour and gave us his opinion. After looking at several homes, we finally bought one, even though we hadn't seen it in person yet but we feel very confident it'll be just what we were looking for. We felt like he was family. We would definitely recommend him.
