This was our 5th home purchase and Lisa is without a doubt, the best Realtor we've had. We moved into Gilbert from another state with a new born and also had a tight deadline to get a house and be prepared for the start of a new job. With the market being so hot and everything selling so fast, we turned to Lisa and she was able to get the first home she showed us. With her experience and knowledge of the area, we were able to get our offer accepted the same day. And since we were new to the area, we requested several referrals from a broker to home inspector to home repairmen to movers and they all were fantastic. Even the home loan process with the financial company she referred was great. We were able to close in only 23 days and before the big Labor day holiday weekend! So we were able to move in during the long holiday weekend and right before I had to start my new job. Everything worked out amazing! And even a few months later on our wedding anniversary date, we received a wonderful gift from Lisa and our finance company.
