After carefully considering several realtors, we finally decided to work with Ruchi Sinha from Yogi Sharma Team to purchase a new house. We are thrilled with our decision to choose Ruchi. Throughout the process, Ruchi provided us with exceptional service and honesty, always striving for the best possible outcome. We appreciate her strong support in helping us find our dreamhouse 130 Zephyr Lane, Danville, CA below the listing price. She went over and beyond for us and has excellent negotiation skills. The positive energy within our new home is reminiscent of Ruchi's positive attitude. She has a knack for providing great results and spreading positivity wherever she goes. Thank you, Ruchi & Yogi.

Mr. Yogi Sharma and team did outstanding job assisting us for selling our town house and buying the single-family house in one month time frame. His expertise in the market's geographic area was instrumental in determining the high sale price and competitive purchase price while considering the future resale value of the area. They all are committed to their job. His was involved in all aspects of the of the closing process. He explained each and every term of the discloser reports. he was friendly, responsive and always gave great advice. I had experience with 4 other agents, but I highly recommend only Mr. Yogi.

Finding a home that fits your needs is never an easy task. Laarni was very knowlegeable in real estate, the ins and outs and answered most of our questions. When we were house hunting, she was always on time during appointments. Best of all, she gives her inputs and opinion about the house, the pros and cons and whether its a good buy or not. Overall, we had a great experience and we highly recommend her services.

Martha is very professional, her communication and understanding to our needs and what we were looking for was excellent. We are a young couple, first time buyers and very new to the market process. Martha was always willing to go through any questions we had. We are very satisfied with the service and we hope to be able to work with her in the future again.

We worked with an excellent realtor Julie Bekerman-Singh who helped us to sell our home. We are extremely satisfied with her work. She was professional, patient, and treated us like family. She understood our goals and priorities, and her knowledge of the real estate market was impressive. She was always prepared and never rushed us. She was reliable, easily accessible, and kept us informed throughout the process. I highly recommend her as a realtor for anyone buying or selling a property. Martha was very knowledgeable when I had any questions or concerns (of which I had many). As a first time home buyer I was extremely pleased with Martha's customer service towards me and my family. She made the buying process as smoothly as possible and made sure to explain the process and updated me with everything that was happening. When people ask if it's hard to buy a home I say there was definitely a lot of paper work but I tell them that Martha made the experience feel like it was easy. I am very thankful for her help and patience to make this dream come true.
