Christine helped my husband and I through the process of selling our townhouse and buying a single-family home. From our first consultation, we knew we that we would be in good hands if we worked with Christine! She took the time to understand our situation and give us options, while being clear about the pros and cons of each. She was very honest with us about what our expectations should be, since the market we were selling & buying in was very uncertain. Even with challenging circumstances (a fluctuating market, the holiday season, and unforeseen challenges coming up last minute), we were able to sell our house and close on a new one very quickly! Throughout the process, Christine was very thoughtful and organized, and took her time to assess each problem that came up to formulate a game plan. She was able to offer us insights and perspective on what buyers/sellers we communicated with might be thinking. Though it was a difficult process, Christine's easy-going and positive attitude made us feel safe. She made a difficult process easy for us by taking care of scheduling staging, inspections, open houses, etc. She even helped us save on costs where we could, such as having her husband help clean our windows. Christine went above and beyond our expectations, and truly became someone that we see as a friend. We'll definitely miss working with her, but we will keep in touch! I would recommend her to anyone I know who is in need of a realtor, and we'll be reaching out if we are ever in the market again.
