Perfect service

Kerby was very knowledgeable about the real estate market and in my opinion was the best person I could have chosen to sell my home. She was able to utilize every facet of her knowledge of real estate in the sell of my home. Kerby was very professional at all times and always answered my many questions and gave me sound advice. She was especially helpful through the contract process. In all, I felt very satisfied with the over-the-top client service that Kerby and the Krafting Home Team offered. She helped tremendously as we came up with the listing price and I sold my house in less than one month.

Efficiency with a capital E

Working with Jenny to buy my condo and sell my house was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I was very, very pleased with how efficient she was throughout the entire process. Every detail was handled quickly, professionally, and with incredible organization. Selling a home and buying another at the same time can be stressful, but Jenny made everything feel smooth and manageable. She was always responsive, proactive, and one step ahead. I truly felt like I was in capable hands the entire time. Beyond her efficiency, Jenny was knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely cared about helping me achieve the best outcome. Dusty is the Best!!!

Dusty was super communicative, checked in with us constantly and had a great support/administrative team. Our house sold SO fast and had a very short closing timeline (3 weeks). He walked us through every step, explained everything in layman's terms to make sure we understood, answered ALL my questions, listened to us vent, and even helped us secure tradesman to accomodate the buyer's requests. He went to bat for us when we needed him to and was incredibly patient and so kind! I was a neurotic mess so believe me when I say the man is a SAINT! I cannot recommend him enough. 1 billion stars
