Our experience working with Jenny was phenomenal. When we decided to sell our home, we were very apprehensive, as our last home-selling experience with a different realtor was very long and aversive. This was not at all the case with Jenny. In our initial meeting, Jenny focused on how she wanted to market our home and emphasized the importance of staging. While we agreed, I don't think we realized just what a difference it would make in the selling process. We had a viewing within 24 hours of our home going on the market and an offer the same day. I wouldn't expect this to be the case in all situations, but we were elated and accepted. Jenny is the best you'll find. We worked with her to buy our first house and had such a great experience that it wasn't a question of who to contact when we needed to sell. We were not having much luck renting our home out after moving out of state, so we contacted her. It spoke volumes that her first suggestion was that she could reach out to a contact who could help us get it rented if we still wanted to go that way.
