I let Kedrick know I was interested in a condo on certain floors in a particular complex only, and nothing else. Asked him to let me know if something of the sort becomes available. I was very specific that I was not interested in buying in general, not interested in waste-my-time notifications about 'similar' units in 'nearby areas'. Just.that.there. Kedrick, not only complied, but delivered. He would text once in a while to let me know he was on the case, but nothing more, just as I had asked. So when he texted a link to look at a condo, I knew it was going to be worth my time! I asked him to get a contract to the sellers sight unseen, as I was out of the country.
