The first day meeting Kedrick, he came prepared with analytics, marketing strategies and confidence that he can get our house sold in a slow market. Even with him being the professional he listened to our wants and took our feedback into consideration with everything. It was the smoothest process even with the hurdles we endured. We didn’t have to worry about anything because he took care of everything! If we could give Mr. Kedrick more than 5 stars, we would. Ms. Theresa was fantastic! From the initial consultation to closing, she was always quick and responsive. I am a first-time homebuyer that was nervous about getting out to see houses, but she was very reassuring and helped me overcome my fears.
