Kedrick was amazing! He was able to find us a great home and negotiate a great deal for us to get into our first home at an unbelievable price. We weren’t anticipating to buy a home until Summer 2026, Kedrick was able to find us home that we just couldn’t turn down..3 to 4 months earlier than expected. He was there every step of the way and he did a whole lot to curb all my anxiety and almost surely annoying texts. 10/10 would recommend. Already planning on recommending him to family for their planned move in a couple years. Great experience. Selling a house isn’t something I’d generally describe as fun — working with Kedrick made it doable and even a little fun at times.

Nzinga is exceptional. She is an expert on her city, Baltimore. She took our "must haves" and "would like" to heart and delivered on every property shown. Nzinga was patient and considerate of our limited knowledge of her hometown. She never failed to respond immediately. When we made an offer she defended it never pressuring us even when the negotiations looked dim. Her knowledge and professionalism won out and we are very happy with our new home!
