Immediately, Kedrick empathized with us and gave us his word that he would take care of us - and that he did. Kedrick analyzed the market to ensure the home was competitively priced, tapped into his network to assist with basic repairs, and estate sale clean out, and a professional cleaning. The team of agents were also around to help troubleshoot a few unforeseen occurrences to keep everything moving along. Kedrick seemed to always be available by phone or by text. This was my first time buying a house, but I would definitely have Myesha as my Agent again if I ever were to purchase another home. The process was quick and easy. She has a lot of knowledge in this field and any time I had a question even if it wasn’t doing her business hours, she made sure to reach back out to me and help me with whatever it was I needed. I also used her recommendations as far as inspectors and lenders that she had already worked with in the past since I didn’t have my own and they were just as great.
