The first day meeting Kedrick, he came prepared with analytics, marketing strategies and confidence that he can get our house sold in a slow market. Even with him being the professional he listened to our wants and took our feedback into consideration with everything. It was the smoothest process even with the hurdles we endured. We didn’t have to worry about anything because he took care of everything! With the short time working with him it felt like we knew him for a while, personable, communicative and very dedicated to assist us in selling. If we could give Mr. Kedrick more than 5 stars, we would. My family and I were trying to buy a home in Maryland while living all the way in Colorado, and from day one, Mr. Kedrick made us feel like we were right there.
