I wax referred to Mr. King by a friend who he helped sell his mothers house after she passed away. I was forced to sell my house because I could not afford the payments anymore and needed an agent who would understand. Mr. King traveled from Baltimore to Frederick to meet with me and listened to my questions, concerns and problems. He came prepared with information about the properties that recently sold in the area and had a great price for the house based on that. He walked me through everything helped me finding cleaners for the house and had a good photographer come out and take pictures. I had to sell quickly and Mr. King made that happen and I got a price for the house in the range I was looking for.
