The first day meeting Kedrick, he came prepared with analytics, marketing strategies and confidence that he can get our house sold in a slow market. Even with him being the professional he listened to our wants and took our feedback into consideration with everything. It was the smoothest process even with the hurdles we endured. We didn’t have to worry about anything because he took care of everything! With the short time working with him it felt like we knew him for a while, personable, communicative and very dedicated to assist us in selling. Exceptional Service from 1,600 Miles Away & Making a Cross-Country Home Purchase Feel Easy
If we could give Mr. Kedrick more than 5 stars, we would. My family and I were trying to buy a home in Maryland while living all the way in Colorado, and from day one, Mr. Kedrick made us feel like we were right there. He attended appointments on our behalf, walked properties for us, sent videos, answered countless questions, and always made himself available whenever we needed him. What we appreciated most was how he stood by us through a very difficult situation with a new construction home. We experienced multiple delays, changing timelines, and a lot of uncertainty. There were moments when it felt frustrating and discouraging, but Mr. Kedrick never wavered. He remained professional, kept us informed, advocated for our interests, and helped us navigate every challenge with confidence. Achieving my goals
I want to take this time to thank Kedrick King for thinking of me when we noticed that the first time homebuyers grant was available. I wasn’t going to start looking at buying again until late summer, but with his help and excellent communication skills I was able to achieve my goal of home ownership. Patient with First Time Homebuyer!!
Ms. Theresa was fantastic! From the initial consultation to closing, she was always quick and responsive. I am a first-time homebuyer that was nervous about getting out to see houses, but she was very reassuring and helped me overcome my fears. She was extremely patient, calm, and knowledgable throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail is unmatched, especially with all my non-negotiables and must haves for my first home. She thought quickly on her feet and came up with creative solutions to help push us to close on time. I am SO grateful to have her as a realtor and will make sure to use her again in the future!
