I purchased an investment property in a desirable area with the intention of flipping it quickly and making a profit. Things went awry from the very onset due to an incompetent contractor and I soon realized that any thoughts of a profit were all but gone. Due to a very hectic work schedule I found it difficult to manage all of the issues that were coming up with the project myself, but Robin stepped right in and took over. Not only did she consult with the contractor on the work to be completed, she also had communication on multiple occasions with the City of Baltimore, BGE and the title company regarding some issues with the title to the home. Robin's knowledge with respect to the market area, and what potential buyers would respond to was instrumental in being able to sell the property quickly. Once the property was under contract and it was discovered that we were dealing with a very difficult buyer/buyers agent, Robin 's expertise came into play again. She was very aggressive with looking out for my best interest and ensuring that the buyer followed thru with all of the contract stipulations.
