Janet was very instrumental in selling my house during a drastic change in the housing market. Janet always was a straight shooter told me exactly what she thought as far as price and when I needed to do for the house in order to get the best price. She always stayed on top of the housing market during the fluctuation of pricing and understood where the market was as far as the buyers. His knowledge was very important and instrumental in selling my house quick and at the right price. I’d like to add that she was always available to answer any questions And was quick to respond to all circumstances with the Buyers agent. As I said her knowledge was well worth the commission. Open houses with literature about the house, neighborhood,schools,dining establishments etc. And don’t forget the wine and cheese! She really does her homework. We've been with Janelle since 2013. Janelle is informative with house details, especially reselling details, and keeps up with market & interest prices. Janelle has a cool, positive attitude and remains calm throughout the home buying/selling process. She's only shown us our preferred type homes and neighborhoods unlike other realtors that had shown us non-preferred homes/neighborhoods. Janelle always checked on us afterwards, I don't know many realtors that do that. She is a person that anyone can connect with and become longtime friends with. We already miss Janelle and her family. I'm prejudice, no one will compare to Janelle now that we are in a different state searching for a home.
