After a rough year where my husband’s father passed away suddenly, we decided to move from Arizona to Kansas City to be near my mother-in-law who needed our help. Janelle found us the perfect place only 4 minutes away her house in Gladstone. We had not met Janelle in person, but she had come highly recommended, and after describing over the phone what we envisioned, she sent us a listing that had just gone on the market. We loved it. She went to the property on our behalf and did a live face time walk through for us. We put an offer on it immediately. Because there were already offers above the listed price, Janelle suggested we write a letter to accompany ours explaining why we wished to buy their home. Had it not been for that letter, we know we would not have gotten it. Having Janelle as our realtor was a dream come true from start to finish. Her expertise and knowledge was spectacular. She answered all our questions brilliantly, and with ease and grace delivered us into a home that is absolutely perfect for us. There is no one we would recommend more than her.

We loved working with Janelle! She was very patient with us in our journey & never made us feel pressured. She was very detail oriented & followed through on everything, even if we just mentioned something in passing or while looking at a property she would follow up on it by the next day.
