Her knowledge and her wlillingness to get our home on the market suggestions on what to do to polish our home made all the difference for us to get our asking price! The market was ready and was available to walk us through the process. She quickly gained our trust and walked through the entire process together. After a rough year where my husband’s father passed away suddenly, we decided to move from Arizona to Kansas City to be near my mother-in-law who needed our help. Janelle found us the perfect place only 4 minutes away her house in Gladstone. We had not met Janelle in person, but she had come highly recommended, and after describing over the phone what we envisioned, she sent us a listing that had just gone on the market. We loved it. She went to the property on our behalf and did a live face time walk through for us. We put an offer on it immediately. Because there were already offers above the listed price, Janelle suggested we write a letter to accompany ours explaining why we wished to buy their home.
