Sue started with detailed market analysis of the area and other similar properties to appropriately price our home for the best sale. She expeditiously answered questions and made herself available at convenient times for us. She always made us feel like she was ready to assist with even our smallest concerns. Honesty and integrity are two words she seemed to exemplify at all times. This was extremely important to us. She would listen to our concerns and went above an beyond many times like driving to a nearby Lowes to get a carpet sample for replacement carpet we were having installed after we forgot it so it could be displayed at an open house. This is the type of relationship we believe Sue shows with all her clients. She provided sound advice and was always pleasant even when dealing with a few challenges we faced. We couldn't have chosen a better advocate for the sale of our home.

Janet was very instrumental in selling my house during a drastic change in the housing market. Janet always was a straight shooter told me exactly what she thought as far as price and when I needed to do for the house in order to get the best price. She always stayed on top of the housing market during the fluctuation of pricing and understood where the market was as far as the buyers. His knowledge was very important and instrumental in selling my house quick and at the right price. I’d like to add that she was always available to answer any questions And was quick to respond to all circumstances with the Buyers agent. As I said her knowledge was well worth the commission. I would definitely recommend her!
