PART TWO!!! Courtney Mayer is highly knowledgeable about the market and made sure we always felt like a priority. At each step in the whole process, Courtney came through with her commitment to excellence. Her negotiation skills were first-rate – she consistently found ways to get us the best deal possible. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Courtney was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. PART ONE !!! Tired of “good enough” products and services? I am! Looking for the best Realtor who “does more”—and makes you feel like your needs are first priority? I was! Luckily, I found Courtney Meyer. When we started the process, we were living in colorado, needing to move to bismarck in the next month. We have never even visited bismarck so we needed extensive research and help with not only finding houses but deteils of the best areas to live in, schools, hospitals. We needed way more help than the usual client. She offered to tour all the properties we were interested in via video, and she provided all the details and answered all our questions. This would have been our first time buying an already built house. We had very little idea about what we were getting ourselves into. The amount of effort and time she put into walking us through the process is unbelievable. She was always available to provide us with the information that we needed (or didn’t need, but needed for the sake of our sanity) – every decision that we made, small or big, mattered to her. Not only did we feel like we had all the information to make those decisions, but also felt like we were in good hands. Especially because not living in bismarck and being a first time buyer, we didn’t know all of the questions we should be asking (or do’s and don’ts, for example) and she would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open. Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. But personally, as being “emotionally” invested in buying a home, having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with expectations was such a lifesaver and made me feel so at ease throughout the entire process. With the struggle we had of not being able to see anything in person, she was always so candid and provided her own perspective of different aspects of each home that she thought would be relevant.
