PART TWO!!! Courtney Mayer is highly knowledgeable about the market and made sure we always felt like a priority. At each step in the whole process, Courtney came through with her commitment to excellence. Her negotiation skills were first-rate – she consistently found ways to get us the best deal possible. She also went out of her way to ensure every detail was taken care of – from arranging inspections to researching potential issues with a property. Courtney is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Courtney was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Her cool, calm mindset kept our anxiety low and gave us the confidence she would get the job done – and she did! We had some issues with some noncompliant sellers and even after buying the house and getting herself paid, she is still fighting for us for a fair deal and compliance of the contract- that’s probably not in job description, and it truly makes me consider her not just an agent, but a friend.
