Stacy went above and beyond on all levels in assisting us in purchasing a home 4 hours away from our current home. She answered every phone call & text immediately or within a few minutes. She performed live video walk-throughs on every property we were interested in. Not only did she pay close attention to every detail, potential issue, etc., her background in contracting work was a huge bonus. She is very knowledgeable in knowing what it would take to fix things along with estimated costs. If there was a flaw of any kind, she found it and made sure to share it with us. It definitely eased our minds and gave us game plan of what to expect for repairs and/or costs. With her years of experience, she was able to answer any questions or concerns we had regarding the agreements/contracts, home inspections, repairs, costs, title company, mortgage lender. She obtained answers we had for the sellers as well. Her professionalism, demeanor, kindness, positive attitude, empathy, and willingness to do whatever-it-takes went far above any expectations we could have had. She never grew impatient with us and genuinely cared about finding us the perfect home! In fact, we purchased the home without ever seeing it in person. When we arrived, we couldn't have been more pleased and relieved to know for a fact that we were in the best of hands with Stacy, from beginning to end. We will definitely will be spreading the word to anyone we know who may be looking to sell or buy. We know, without a doubt, that she will take great care of anyone we send her way. My wife and i can’t speak highly enough of Jame Sorenson. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the home. She’s highly experienced and knows what she was doing. We had met other realtors before Jamie but we knew instantly that she was the one!!. We were more comfortable talking to her because she listens attentively and suggests the best thing to do. At one point we almost gave up because we didn’t get the house that we thought was meant for us. Jamie encouraged and assured us we will find a better home.
