Shawna was great to work with. We found her through a luck of the draw system where a random agent was assigned and boy did we luck out! She was always quick to respond and worked with our tricky schedules for showings even at some very short notices. She was super knowledgeable and willing to find an answer and reach out to the other agents and sellers. She always responded to texts quickly. She actively searched for properties within our interest and always received feedback well. She adjusted and pivoted with our choices and the changes in the market. We had a fast closing and she made it painless. She was a good listener and took our wants to heart and never pushed her own agenda. We greatly appreciated her work ethic as we looked at many places and even went through a few offers in a highly competitive and limited market. We were lucky to get to work with her.

My review is based on working with Jamie’s expertise as both a seller and a buyer. We were new to the selling process and she was so patient with us, we had a lot of questions and no previous knowledge. Questions were always answered promptly, via text or call whichever we preferred. Any signed documents she was so thorough in explaining what we were signing. I will always use her for our future needs! We have run in to questions even after the sale and purchase of our home and she still is free to answer our questions, and does so promptly. DeAnn was very flexible with our schedules, I work night shifts and my wife works at a school so there is a pretty small window of when we are both available, but DeAnn was able to show us the house and get everything done on our schedule and that was very helpful. She also made signing all the paper work very easy and convenient and she seemed just as excited as we were about closing on the house!
