This is my second time working with Brandi and she is phenomenal. She is extremely knowledgeable about the industry and makes herself available any time to answer questions. I needed my roof replaced to sell the house. She called and got me a quote and then chatted with them again for a better deal during contract negotiations. I was fully supported at every turn and trust her with all my future transactions. My house was under contract in 8 days of going on the market and it had a lot to do with her network and approach to marketing.

Karen was patient from the very beginning. I decided to move 1,100 miles away, and she had the experience to guide me on this adventure. She worked with me for 8 months until we finally bought the house. She was always quick to respond to my emails and calls if I happened to miss her. Her knowledge of the different towns in the panhandle helped guide us on where to look or not. We flew down to look at houses, and she spent 3 full days showing us 23 homes without once being impatient or unprofessional. I 100% recommend Karen any day!
