Renae Harris absolutely made my experience in purchasing my home very easy. Throughout the process she made me feel comfortable and confident even when I told her I don’t like this deal, she supported me 100%.
I met Renea at an Open House she was hosting and immediately she started taking notes on what I was looking for. I asked her not to contact me like most agents, and she respected that until I called her. She understands the market and more importantly she understands what I wanted. She did not SPAM me with an auto search as I requested rather, she would only send homes she knew I might like. Renea also knew I was interested in a VA assumption, and she would send those as she came across them.
She is very personable and professional. She does NOT have a pushy salesperson personality, rather I felt she was there to ensure I made the right decision by providing as much information as possible. Renea was very accommodating on times for viewing potential homes and she was always punctual.
Communication with Renea was very prompt whether via email or text message. Our exchange of communication was clear and timely. Throughout the entire process she ensured I knew what the process was and was always ready to answer any questions.
Throughout she went above and beyond into contacting the right people for all my concerns. I have a lot of attention to detail, and I asked too many questions and needed professional answers, and she got them. I think I stressed her more than necessary, but she never made it known.
