Communication is key! Both Nicole’s kept us in the loop every step of the way! They let us know about possible buyers, all the showings, and everything in between. They helped with staging and making our house the best on the market. When helping us they were so polite and kind by recommending trades and even putting in some extra love themselves (we no longer live in the area) to help make our house show ready.
