At first, we were searching for a new home to live in for ourselves. Whenever a property popped up that interested us, Jim would quickly set up a showing and meet us there impeccably and professionally dressed despite day of the week and time of day. What was even more impressive was his knowledge about finishes of the home, the cost of any changes we would want to make in upgrades or finishes, and the area/community that we were looking. He has done so many real estate transactions, he was familiar with the pros and cons of the communities that we searched; knew the overall value of the property; and most of the time knew the seller’s agent because of his many dealings. After a very long time, we decided to change directions and search for a rental property. Jim quickly adjusted to our needs and never once demonstrated frustration or disappointment in our change of plan.
