Shannon is incredible! She is kind, compassionate, personable, and incredibly good at her job. She was flexible with our schedules but responsive to some last-minute viewings. She both sold our old place and helped us find a new one; we had very particular needs that were non-negotiable, and she did not rest until we found the house perfect for us! She even provided us with furniture and decor to stage our house, and I know it is what led to our house selling so quickly and at the price it sold for! When complications arose with closing on our old place, she advocated for us and made sure things went as smoothly as possible. She even got our son a little gift after all was said and done, and when there were issues with our garage door, her husband took time out of his day to come fix it. I highly recommend Shannon—she was incredible in all ways and went above and beyond!
