Joi was an excellent representative for me and my wife.

Shannon takes the cake when it comes to buying & selling homes! She was referred to us by close friends and we have never been happier with a realtor! She helped us sell our paired home and did staging for us as well, which led to several viewings and selling pretty quickly! Faster then we imagined and for more than listed! Shannon then helped us find a new home, but we did not feel rushed at all. We looked at several homes, which she always made her self available for, especially since the market was so competitive. She never tried to persuade us one way or another and gave advice when asked. She always answered all our questions made sure we had a clear understanding! She helped us find the home perfect for our family and fought hard for it to become ours! Everything went super smooth with closing and she was with us during the whole process. She even gifted our two girls with furry fuzzy rugs (she had used for staging in their rooms & they absolutely fell in love with them). Our family is so grateful for her and we always recommend her to people we know now. Shannon truly is amazing and goes above and beyond! She is more than just a realtor, she is a friend that cares deeply. Even after the whole process she continues to check in on us. She’s one in a million and we highly recommend her! Perfection in Professionalism

Amazing Team
My wife and I have used the Krodel Team four times now, and they have hit home runs with us every time. This last time we received a very competitive offer from Redfin, and almost went with them. They saw the offer, and agreed that it was competitive, but sat down and showed us what we could net if we went with them. My wife said that Jim and Susan have yet to let us down, and that we should trust them, and I'm glad we did. We put it on the market above the Redfin offer, and they were able to get us an offer ABOVE list price! There are likely a lot of good agents out there, but what makes them truly elite is there negotiation skills. We've worked with them the last 10 years and EVERY TIME they knock it out of the park with their negotiations, both as a buyer and a seller. We keep going back to them because of our great experiences and because they are great people too. We can't recommend them enough!

Mike is Awesome!
Mike helped us sell our townhome and purchase our home. He helped us get our townhome ready for sale and we were under contract very quickly! Mike really listen to us and helped us find the house we wanted in the neighborhood we wanted within our budget (which can definitely be a challenge in Denver!). He was available and super helpful while we were under contract. Mike went above and beyond to make both the purchase and sale go smoothly.
