We really enjoyed working with both Jim and Susan throughout our process to find a home . They were very knowledgeable, flexible, accommodating, and available when we needed them. The one aspect we valued the most was their ability to see an existing house and brainstorm with us how we could improve it or conversely, be frank with us that it wasn't worth buying. We would highly recommend Jim and Susan to anyone of our friends or family.

Before working with Leslie, I had an agent from previous transactions I was originally working with in a specific confined neighborhood. With such a difficult market where timing, effort, skills, and vision are necessary I didn't have full confidence that I'd always be best positioned to win. Leslie proved immediately that she's willing to drop letters, door knock, meet last-minute and commit fully to helping me find my new home. I've honestly not seen or met another realtor with this drive and committed effort to her clients here in Colorado. In addition to her work ethic, she was also able to develop great relationships with listing agents and always had the best communication channels possible throughout the offer process. It's a bonus when the other agents like your agent and this was the case 100% of the time. Leslie truly cares about her clients and backs it up with 100% commitment to getting her clients the home THEY want, even in this extremely difficult environment. I can't say enough about working with Leslie, I truly believe I'd still be languishing in the market if it wasn't for her hustle and ability to get the deal crafted and closed. In the end I got the right home for me at about $100k less than I expected to pay in this market. 6 Stars for Leslie!

I couldn’t have had a better experience buying my first home with Leslie! I didn't know much about the process beforehand but she was extremely communicative and looked out for my best interest the whole way. In no way did I feel pressured into a particular direction. Thanks to her extensive knowledge, I feel much more educated having worked with her. She was always available, had prompt responses for all my questions, and I didn't feel like I was annoying her. I would strongly recommend Leslie to anybody purchasing a home. 10/10

Leslie went above and beyond her scope of work! I was looking for a mountain property as an investment after searching for a year I was ready to throw in the towel. Leslie never gave up on the search and she made it happen! Leslie was insightful and knowledgeable in the area. She was always in constant communication letting me know what the next steps were. Her connections with lenders/contractors made the buying process even easier. If you are looking for an investment, you’re a first time home Buyer or searching for your forever home I couldn’t recommend Leslie enough!

I truly cannot say enough about Jim and Susan Krodel and the professional level at which they both conduct business. I met Jim in 2015 when I was moving from one end of the Denver metro area to another. Jim was actually at an open house for a property he had listed and I was looking in that area and met him while touring the house. That home was not going to work for me, but I felt an instant connection to Jim and subsequently to his wife, Susan. They are both phenomenal people and are incredibly knowledgeable realtors. I will never work with anyone else and I have passed along their cards to everyone I know. Words can't express how much they mean to me!!!!
