We really enjoyed working with both Jim and Susan throughout our process to find a home . They were very knowledgeable, flexible, accommodating, and available when we needed them. The one aspect we valued the most was their ability to see an existing house and brainstorm with us how we could improve it or conversely, be frank with us that it wasn't worth buying.
