I am extremely pleased with the work Joi did in helping me sell my home. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient and FUN! Buying and selling a home is stressful and yet Joi took time to help me understand the process and calm my nerves when I felt overwhelmed. No matter how many times I asked the same questions, she kindly and patiently went over the details again. She would offer advice or suggestions, yet let me come to my own conclusions while at the same time always being supportive.
