Carol and Bill were outstanding to work with. I was very impressed with their knowledge of the local markets. We got multiple full price offers within 3 days of listing with them! They also helped us with some donations of household items which was invaluable since we were out of state. We highly recommend Carol and Bill for your real estate needs.

Buying a house is definitely stressful, and when you are buying a house living in another state it is by far the most stressful thing to go through! We were so extremely blessed to find Rob Conroy when buying our home! Living in NJ and moving to SC was the best decision we made but were so nervous not being present for the inspections and closing processes but Rob was able to be there for us every step of the way and made us feel at ease! From late night calls and running to be there for everything we needed he was truly a rock star agent! He went above and beyond the normal realtor tasks and made everything so easy for us! Thanks Rob! You have our vote for Best Realtor in SC!

She is very knowledgeable of the real estate market. She does her research to let you know what properties are selling for in your area and gives you recommendations for pricing of the property you wish to sell. She is very willing to to help with questions or concerns you may encounter, in fact she goes the extra mile to help her clients. She is a very sweet person and a true professional!

We were moving here from over 600 miles away. When we gave Rob a general idea of what we wanted, he gave us a great selection of homes to choose from. He was punctual for every appointment we had. He met us everyday wearing a mask and kept hand sanitizer available if we wanted it. All of the homes he showed us were a good fit with what we wanted. He gladly returned to homes with us for second viewings. When it came time to purchase our home, he patiently and diligently guided us through the negotiation process. After we signed the contract and returned home, Rob was kind enough to oversee things for us here, such as the home inspection. His dedication to our purchase made us feel very comfortable, and we were able to move to the area with new friends.

Ron waa the hardest working most helpful agent I have ever worked with. He found the perfect property and then went way beyond to follow up and help after the contract was signed. Interrupted his day multiple times to assist me as an out of town buyer. You can't find a better agent!
